Locke Harbor is located in the Central Adirondack Mountains alongside Lake Abanakee, hosting some of the best Bass and Northern Pike fishing in the area.
You’ll be just minutes away from hiking trails leading through some of the 6 million acres of the Adirondack Park.

Both large and small mouth Bass are abundant in Lake Abanakee. The plentiful pan-fish population will keep the beginning fisherman interested, while the experienced hand can attempt a larger catch, including the more elusive Northern Pike and Muskies.
Lake Abanakee is exceptionally quiet. Rare is the loud motor boat, though trolling motors are welcome. Paddle enthusiasts will find hours of leisurely touring.
At Locke Harbor, your vacation can be spent as leisurely or as actively as you choose. We encourage you to unplug, unwind, and tune in with nature. So peaceful are our surroundings, you may find yourself sleeping in late every morning. The beautiful views from each cabin invite you to linger a little longer, coffee in hand. Evenings can be spent fireside, enjoying the call of the Loons as they interrupt your quiet conversations.

Cabin on the Knoll
2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a pull out sofa, Fireplace. Sleep 4-6

The Lodge
4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Two-story home, fireplace, views, private sandy beach and private dock. Sleeps 8.

Rental Schedule
Reservations by the week only (Sunday – Sunday) during the Summer season.
Select cabins are winterized and available for rent year round and available for partial or full week rentals!
NOTE: A 50% deposit required when making cabin reservations. Balance due 60 days prior to check in.
